After 20 years as a top-producing branch manager & loan officer, Phil Crescenzo brought his son PJ into the business in April 2020, effectively forming “Team C.” While the global economy was learning to adjust & adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic, Phil & PJ were devoting countless hours to creating the best mortgage process available for their clients & focusing on how to deliver the most value in the marketplace. What started as a small team of three, Team C. has evolved into a mortgage lending powerhouse with locations in Hilton Head, Charleston & North Myrtle Beach. The team is licensed in SC, NC, GA, TN & FL, with most of their clients purchasing along the Carolina Coast.
